Terms & Conditions
1. Operator and purpose
These terms concern wandaoleather.com, operated under the Wandao Leather brand by Dongguan Wandao Leather Co., Ltd. Our published business contact location is Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Contact Kelly at [email protected] or +86 137 1278 0386, or Nora Lu at +86 189 2296 3436. Effective date: 2026-11-07. The website presents synthetic-leather materials and supports professional enquiries, quotations and sampling discussions. It does not by itself confirm a purchase order or a finished-product specification.
2. Information and quotations
Descriptions, availability, indicative prices, minimum quantities and lead times must be confirmed for the requested grade and order. A displayed starting price is not a binding offer covering every colour, construction or destination. Currency, taxes, freight, packaging and other charges are governed by the accepted written quotation or contract. An order becomes binding only through the parties’ agreed acceptance procedure. Sending an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create an order.
3. Material selection and approval
PVC, PU, microfiber and silicone describe material families, not universal performance grades. The parties should confirm the surface system, backing, thickness and tolerances, usable width, grain, colour, hand feel, processing method and application. Photographs and scene illustrations help presentation but do not replace an agreed physical sample and written specification. Colour appearance may vary by screen and lighting. Any permitted lot variation and approval reference must be agreed rather than assumed.
4. Testing and compliance
A generic application label or website statement is not a test report or certificate for every product. Required methods, editions, conditions, targets, sample identity, destination requirements and documentation should be agreed before ordering. Reports must relate to the actual construction and relevant colour or variant. Responsibility for product selection, processing validation and destination-market requirements must be allocated in the contract, without excluding either party’s mandatory obligations. No universal service life, chemical compliance or fire performance is promised by these website terms.
5. Samples and development
Sample availability, development work, charges, shipment, approval steps and any effect on a later order must be agreed separately. A laboratory sample does not automatically establish every bulk-production characteristic. Keep the approved reference and record agreed inspection points. Do not treat an unconfirmed sample estimate as a production commitment.
6. Orders, delivery and payment
The accepted order documents should state quantity, specification, price, payment schedule, delivery arrangements and documents. If an Incoterms rule is used, identify its named place and edition. Risk, title, import formalities, duties and insurance follow the actual agreement and applicable law. Any deposit, shipping commitment or allocation of customs costs must be confirmed in the accepted written order.
7. Inspection, concerns and remedies
Inspection procedures, notification periods, warranty terms, returns and remedies belong in the accepted sales agreement and remain subject to mandatory law. Report a suspected issue promptly with the order reference, affected grade or batch and relevant evidence so it can be investigated. A website enquiry does not establish a blanket return entitlement or a universal warranty period.
8. Files and intellectual property
Only submit drawings, logos, specifications or other material that you are authorised to share. Submission permits use as necessary to review the enquiry and carry out the agreed project, subject to applicable confidentiality arrangements; it does not transfer ownership automatically. Website text, photographs, designs and brand elements remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable law. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation, permitted use or sharing a link.
9. Website use and external services
Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or interfere with the website’s security or operation. Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. External links and services, including WhatsApp when selected, have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability is not guaranteed by these website terms.
10. Mandatory rights and applicable agreements
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Product warranties and any negotiated business limitations must be stated in the applicable sales agreement. A signed or otherwise accepted project agreement prevails over general website information where they conflict, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory rights applicable to a transaction remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and disputes
Any choice of governing law, court or arbitration arrangement for an order must be stated in the agreement accepted by the parties, subject to mandatory law. These website terms do not choose an exclusive dispute forum or waive mandatory protections. Contact our team first to discuss a concern and identify the relevant order or project.
12. Updates and contact
These terms are effective from the date shown above. Changes do not automatically rewrite an existing order agreement. For questions about materials or these terms, use the Contact page or the contact details in section 1 and identify the relevant project.
